Its great to have such a fast food restaurant near our locality.... but its to my shock that i found that their service is utter horrible... knowing the situation in a normal fast food restaurant being intensely busy, i was patient enough to w8 4 an hour and half for my order. I gave several calls to them and finally got my order delivered home very late with a ton of excuses..... I let it go since i tot it harsh to make it any big issue. Then again the next time i ordered a huge order since i had guests over and finally again the same dum drama took place with me being a insulted in front of my guests... when i called them up to give my response the call was taken so lightly that i fell disgusting and utterly irritated.... do u people have anything called as customer care? if u do then i will sure like to take a look at that 'Menu' too cos i sure don't think u have something called as MANNERS in that... !!! Mistakes happen to all and delay can be excused like wat i did the first time but wat i hate is the blunt and insufficient attention to a customer.

This is one of the good restaurants in kollam. Very nice food and nice service.... chicken items are soo delicious....
