I had been a regular to Urban Punjab but yesterday 04.11.2012, Sunday i ordered for Tawa Seek and Paneer Tikka Roll . As the order being a takeaway to my dismay when i opened the Paneer Tikka Roll i found a Chicken Piece in it. When contacted the owner, he did not even bother to care and resolve the query. It was the counter boy who spke in a good manner not the owner. How can such things go unnoticed wherin Non-Veg items are being mixed with Veg Items,. Very horrifying experience.

Ordered for Veg Paneer Tikka but found chicken pieces in it . Dont know how the chef prepares the food whrein he is mixing Non-Veg items with Veg items. Very horrifying experience. Owner refused and said the order was not taken properly
