This restaurant is cheater and you have to pay extra unauthorized bill and they will charge you service tax on whole bill and cheat you. Plz see you bill and donot pay extra. To The Manager Hi Mircheee Family restaurant, Dwarka, Sec 12, Delhi Dear Sir, This is legal notice for your unauthorized billing ( Bil no 30848 dated 23Dec 2012) where you have charged service tax 4.94% ( RS 56.28) on whole bill and even i speak with you today dated 24 Dec 2012 with your Manager Mr Shyam on phone and he did not agree with this unauthorized billing even i explain him case which already mention in recent newspaper.He was telling that he is right and will charge on whole bill only i.e service tax. I am going to file a case in consumer court within 7 days if you are not willing to reply this Legal Notice and also publishing all case on FACEBOOK, TWITTER and other social sites regarding cheating style of Hi Mircheee restaurant.
