                                       Payasam is the traditional sweet of Kerala and Palada Pradhman is the ultimate in payasam. Made from rice ada, this sweet is every malayalee's favorite. Milk is another important ingredient for this sweet. You have to soak the rice ada in boiling water for 10 min and then rinse them in cold water. Once this is done you have to heat the milk in a container and add the rice ada and sugar to it. Heat this mixture for one and half hour. Now take some cashews add 2 tablespoon of ghee and fry the cashews and add it to the mixture for seasoning. Stir the mixture till it becomes thick and turns into a light pink color. And wala its ready, better served cold this dish is a must have dessert for every sadhya (big feast) in Kerala.                                    &nb......;
