                                        The heat is just a killer these days, and we at yummybay are out with a couple of tips that might just help you get through this weather. Many of the working class find it very difficult to be outside even if their job demands it, First of all start off with a breakfast that does not involve oily food, a good healthy salad with a lot of cucumber is the ideal food for the day added with some orange juice for breakfast gives you the right amount of nutrients to start off your day.

                                         During work make sure that you drink ample amounts of water. For lunch pack light and try avoiding chicken as it increases the body temperature further, enjoy some green leaves like spinach for lunch and say no to sweets after wards, instead try some fruits preferably citrus.

                                         For dinner try the new oats chapathi in lieu of the regular ones and also add some water melons as dessert for all the vitamins that you lost through out the day. Eat healthy so that you can live free. Bon Appetit
